Warnings

There are some caveats that must be taken into account to use Crypto Trade Studio.

Computer suspensions

You must avoid suspending your computer, both in macOS and in Windows. This could cause the Trade Monitor to stop and therefore any coins may not be sold and / or bought.

Internet connection

If there is no internet connection, the program will not work.

Virus or Malware

If there is any virus or malware on your computer, the program may not work properly.

Antivirus or Firewall

If an Antivirus or a Firewall is installed on the computer, check that they are both configured so that Crypto Trade Studio has all the permissions to use the Internet and write to disk.

Crypto.com REST API

The software uses Crypto.com's REST API and if the REST API service is suspended or canceled the software will also not work.

Computer Memory and Slowdowns

If there is no free memory available on the computer, the program may crash or even stop. It is recommended to use a computer with large memory capacity. A good processor could avoid various slowdowns during multiple REST API calls and algorithm execution.

Restart the program

It is advisable to restart the program once a day or in case of blocks due to the points described above.
